I felt it appropriate to email you about the experience of purchasing a vehicle from AutoSelect. My assumption was that they were just another Used car yard, but that’s not correct from my experience.
Although I live in Auckland I found a vehicle at your Christchurch branch and decided it was the car I wanted. My father phoned your vehicle Sales Advisor, Rochelle Richards to enquire and received a very professional and helpful response. We were given all the history, including the refurbishment that had been carried out. This gave us the confidence for my father to arrange a visit to inspect the vehicle. On arrival Rochelle shared the history again and even showed the odd imperfection which most dealers wouldn’t.
Because there were no hidden issues it enabled a decision to be made quickly and I purchased the vehicle a couple of days later on line. The vehicle needed to be transported to Auckland and again this was all organised and taken care of without hesitation. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected which meant I had it for the weekend. This was a bonus I wasn’t expecting.

Dear Sirs,
Recently we purchased a Ford Terriotory 2012 from your company to replace our Nissan Murano. The change of cars was due to the Murano's borderline ability to constantly tow loads of 1500kg plus without affecting its transmission. Also the Territory being diesel provided more torque.
Apart from the excellent after sales service, we were delighted to find that the vehicle was excellent for towing the caravan we purchased which as a MTPLM of 1500kg. The size of the boot is also ideal for carrying extra items we cannot load into the caravan.

On 22nd January 2015, I met Murray Hamilton at the Christchurch Office of AutoSelect. I had had some email correspondence with Murray in relation to my possible purchase of a Mitsubishi Outlander from AutoSelect and had been impressed with his business like yet very informative communications.
